Any full or partial refund will only be given when the item/s are returned inline with our RETURNS POLICY, the amount refunded will be credited back by the original method of purchase e.g. credit card, debit card, cash, gift voucher


We normally offer a full refund (excluding return postage) for item/s returned to us in the same condition that they were originally purchased and within the time frame detailed in our RETURNS POLICY. 


“Sale” items will only be refunded with proof of original purchase, without proof of payment any refund will be at the sole discretion of the owners, this will be limited to the last advertised selling price, and may be in the form of a Credit Voucher only.


Refunds cannot be given for item/s being returned by you to us but lost in transit.


Faulty Goods

Faulty goods must be returned as soon as possible and in line with our Returns Policy for a full refund. A partial refund or credit voucher may be offered when you return an item/s to us after 30 days from the date you received the item/s, to a maximum period of six months from that date after which no refund will be offered, we may also offer to repair or replace the item/s in lieu of a refund. A partial refund or credit voucher may be offered at the discretion of the owners when you return a Faulty item/s without any proof of purchase.


Damaged Goods

Online orders - Please contact us immediately or no later than 48 hours after delivery of any damaged item/s, please retain ALL the packaging and where possible take photographs which will aid a claim against the delivery company. We may ask you to Return the item/s to us but this is not always the case so please don't unless specifically asked to. Whilst we will endeavour to replace the damaged item/s as soon as possible,  we cannot guarantee it, in this event a full refund will be made. We must be notified within a maximum period of 30 days from the date you received the damaged goods for a full refund, if you notify us after that period a partial refund, credit voucher or repair may be offered instead but will be at the owners discretion.


Personal Delivery - If we agree to deliver any item/s to your home we do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss. We will not leave a delivery without your signature to accept the item/s is as ordered, without damage or any item/s missing. Delivery will only be attempted once at a mutually agreed time, if not successful the order will be returned to the store. If you don't collect your order within 30 days the items will be put back into stock, there may be a re-stocking charge, any personalised or custom made orders will not be refunded, any item/s that are now reduced or on sale will only be refunded at the reduced price.


Personal Collection

Unfortunately whilst we sympathise once you have left our premises we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your item/s subsequently incurred.
