  • Are all your products online?
    No unfortunately, we have a few items that we keep for the shop only. If you have seen something in Hebe that you cant find online get in touch with us and we can sort it for you!
  • Where are you located?
    Hebe is located in Uppermill, Saddleworth in Greater Manchester. Our street address is as follows; 63a High Street Uppermill OL3 6AP
  • Where are you located in Uppermill?
    Our gorgeous little shop can be found off the turning between 2020 opticians and Bridges Estate Agents on the High street. When you turn off the high street into the car park we are located on your right hand side, opposite Saints Cafe.
  • Do you have parking?
    Yes we are located next to a car park which allows for 3 hours free parking.
  • Do you offer a gift wrap service?
    Yes of course! Just include any gift wrap requests in the notes box when checking out. Free gift wrap includes brown craft paper and standard ribbon, if you would like something more special include a flat wrap paper of your choice in the order or get in touch for bespoke service.
  • Can I include a gift message with my order?
    Yes of course! Just pop in the notes box when checking out that the order is a gift and let us know what message you would like to inlcude.
  • How do I find out about promotions?
    We offer exclusive promotions periodically so be sure to follow us on social media and sign up to our emails.
  • I need help with my delivery?
    If our Delivery & Returns page isnt helpful with your inquiry please get in touch via email or phone call.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately at the moment we can't offer international delivery.
  • How do I return an item?

  • Do you offer gift vouchers?
    Unfortunately we dont offer gift vouchers at the moment.
  • Why do you have out of stock items on the website?
    If an item is listed as out of stock it may be because we are due a delivery. For any enquiries or to pre-order any items get in touch via email or telephone.
  • How do I use a discount/ promo code?
    When completing your order enter the code in the box marked "promo code". If the code isnt working it may be out of date or already been used. Please refer back to the promotion conditions or get in touch via email or telephone.
  • How are you trying to help the environment? Do you recycle?
    Yes! We are trying to do our bit to help the environment in multiple ways. We try and re-use as much packaging and boxes as we can, which is why our boxes may always be different! We also buy as consciously as posssible and often research sourcing and manufacture. We also champion british brands!
